Grand Canyon, AZ

The Grand Canyon. Huge. Immense. It defies the human mind's ability to take it all in. Katy and I have stopped at most of the observation points and hiked 1.5 miles along the west rim. At every point the canyon overwhelmed me, made me tiny . . . made the people hiking and riding down into the canyon tiny.

We camped here last night. From 80F during the day it dropped to 43F. Nice and chilly.

Q: How many politicians would it take to fill the Grand Canyon?

A: Depends how much dirt they had on them.
